Maurice G. Lemieux, 99, passed on March 29, 2024. Born in Central Falls, RI he was a son of the late Ephem and Exelia (Belgard) Lemieux. He was a contractor for Lemieux and Sons for many years and then was a self-employed contractor. He was a Sargeant in the U.S. Airforce for two years. He was a hunter in his early years and a lifelong fisherman.
He is survived by a brother, Robert Lemieux, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his siblings, Albert Lemieux, Raymond Lemieux, Yvette Desrochers, Roger Lemieux and Richard Lemieux.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated April 10, 2024 at 9:30am in Holy Spirit Parish, Dexter St, Central Falls. Burial will follow in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
